About Tim Kerfin
Tim Kerfin, Owner, Kerfin Inspections Inc., Lockport, Illinois (IL)
Native to the suburbs of Chicago, Tim grew up in Oak Lawn, Palos Heights, and Chicago and attended De LaSalle High School and Richards High School. Next, he attended Moraine Valley Community College and Joliet Junior College until studying at Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois. Tim also studied with Bobby Christian, percussionist with the Chicago Symphony.
Tim is professionally licensed as an electrician and a home inspector in both Indiana and Illinois and also earned his FAA pilot license. He has been an electrician for over twenty years and an inspector for the last ten years; as an inspector, he has performed over five thousand inspections.
For seventeen years, Tim has been married to his wife, Cheryl Macey, and they have three children under the age of thirteen. In his free time, Tim enjoys playing the drums, flying, diving, and traveling.
